Sales Representative

• Identify and approach potential customers such as insurance companies, car dealerships, and individual vehicle owners needing repair services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare accurate quotes for repair services and follow up on invoicing and payments.
• Promote and explain the panel beating and automotive repair services offered, including vehicle body repairs, spray painting, dent removal, etc.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company by generating new business.
• Negotiate prices and service agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Ensure follow-up on work done and customer satisfaction, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

• Valid driver’s licence
• Own vehicle
• Matric certificate
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or repair industry.
• Familiarity with vehicle repairs, panel beating processes, and insurance protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain services clearly and effectively.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
