Production Administrator / Estimator

• Production-related administration
• Answering of telephone
• Diary keeping
• Meetings, set-up status meetings, pre-production meetings and reviews
• Liaison with suppliers
• Client liaison
• Complete print production process
• Costing of jobs, quoting and final accounts
• Receiving a brief
• Briefing/trafficking of jobs into studio
• Proofing and proofreading or checking
• Quoting and quote requests on clients’ requirements, follow through from briefing to final delivery
• Orders/copy instructions
• Planning and buying media space for print, radio, etc.
• Job bags
• PR, promotions and sourcing of promotional items
• Productions schedules
• Computer maintenance

• Financial background in order to do quotations / estimations
• Minimum of five years’ experience in the execution of basic production, estimation and admin duties
• Practical knowledge and understanding of the printing / design /advertising industry
• Must have good technical knowledge of related field
• Must be fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent time keeping and time management skills
• Reliable team player with a good work ethic
• Experience with Chase software will be advantageous
