What you will do:

• Lead, manage and mentor the creative team
• Build and develop effect creative communication that reach the target audience
• Drive business culture amongst staff and the greater team
• Follow current trends and use these to your advantage
• Build and develop the business whilst continuously seeking opportunities

What you must have:

• Eight-plus years experience within a senior managerial creative role
• Relevant degree and qualification
• Knowledge of the local and global creative landscape
• Full integrated abilities across various channels
• A storyteller with a passion for words
• Energetic and charismatic
