Hands on office management role within a fast paced digital printing environment.
This is a multi-faceted role incorporating financial duties (credit applications, credit and fleet card payments, staff expense claims, customer invoices, assisting with audit preparation and vendor account queries), support for office team, staff supervision, HR support, health and safety support, coordination of compliance audits and interface communication between directors, production and sales.
Required:
Matric plus BComm/accounting degree or three-year accounting diploma
Plus - minimum three years' experience as an office supervisor, with HR and accounting exposure - essential
Advanced Excel and Word and PowerPoint, Google Apps, Databases
Advanced Adobe Acrobat, Social media platforms
Computerised accounting - Quick Easy
Own transport and valid licence essential
Must currently reside in the North Riding/Randburg area/surrounds
