Finance Manager - HOD
| Benefits: | 50% Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Company Vehicle + petrol |

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overall financial management of the dealership.
- Provide direction, management, and leadership in the accounting, business planning, and budgeting, efforts of the company by ensuring a healthy and sustainable financial position.
- Provide timely and relevant financial management reports to all stakeholders and ensure that all relevant financial disclosure is completed on time and in the envisaged time frames
- Must have BCom degree/BCom Hons.
- CA qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least 10 years’ experience in the motor industry, especially at a dealership level (3-5 years).
- Must be managing a finance team, with solid experience and inner workings of new and used vehicle sales management, the aftersales business
- F&I offerings and extensive financial experience.
- In-depth knowledge of working with OEM at a national Level.
- A good relationship and network of key stakeholders that will positively impact the business i.e customers, and suppliers.
- Good system knowledge of Evolve, IAL or similar dealer management systems.
- Must be proficient in both English and Afrikaans.
