We are seeking a retail development consultant to help take OPI to new heights in the Western Cape region. This is an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and professional nail technician who is ready to grow their career!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Grow existing business within an established account base and gain new accounts in this lucrative region by building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Achieve all sales targets and objectives.
• Organise and present product training and demonstrations to customers and retailers.
• Assist retailers with stock management and merchandising.
• Participate in launches and promotional activities.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Matric plus a recognised nail qualification (gel and acrylic systems).
• At least three years of experience as a qualified nail technician.
• Two to three years of experience in a similar sales and education position is recommended.
• Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Reliable vehicle (a car allowance is included in the package).
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Social media savvy.

Start date: As soon as possible/negotiable
Location: Cape Town (Western Cape region)
Remuneration:

• Basic salary, commission, monthly and quarterly incentives, annual performance bonus
• Fuel card, car allowance, and phone allowance
• Other employee benefits available as part of cost-to-company structure
