Repairs Administration & Assistant to Head of Repairs

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Invoicing
Attending to walk in clients.
Liaising with clients and agents via E-mail and telephone
Liaising with clients on progress of repairs
GRV- loading supplier invoices
Sensor cleaning and firmware updates
Card recoveries
Responsible for your allocated repair agents
Submitting invoice and reports for all sensor cleans
Submitting a monthly report for all Canon warranty repairs completed
Requesting requisition for replacement of faulty Canon products
Invoicing Canon SA monthly for all warranty repairs carried out.
Sending out weekly quotation & collection reminders
Safekeeping of clients’ equipment
Packaging of completed jobs.
Arranging collection from clients and delivery to clients
Assigning repairs to technicians.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
Grade 12
INHERENT/SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS TO DO THE JOB:
Fully computer literate
Technical background on camera equipment (advantageous)
Exceptional attention to detail
Work well in a team

Creating job cards for repairs/sensor cleans

Submitting report on sensor cleans and repairs

Preparing quotes and forwarding them to clients for approval
