Procurement Administrator

Remuneration:	R150 - R170 per hour

• Manage renewal timeline proactively
• Collect the information from the team if changes has to be done
• Get the vendor offer in time
• Manage the vendor communication for the offer and PO process
• Arrange Meetings with the vendor if needed
• Create PRs, PO’s (under one department)
• Buying and receiving
• Create the GR after check against PO and  feedback from the team
• Represent DES in the procurement Scrum call
• Support budget planning process and accrual process
• Maintain the excel list for initial budget planning,
• Transfer the payment plan from PO to budget excel,
• Update the plan once per quarter to support the quarterly closing process
• Various other ad hoc requirements - this we will sort out step by step depending on workload
