The Shell 100 TV and print ad campaign kicks off this week celebrating 100 years of growth on local soil. Threaded throughout the campaign will be "Waves of Change" - Shell's metaphor of the sea as a nurturing symbol of innovation. From its humble beginnings as a shop selling seashells in London's East Eand in 1883 to its operations today out of more than 130 countries, Shell has become one of the world's most recognised brands.
