Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in education or related field
Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and education
Strong coaching and training skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, staff, and community members
Passion for working with vulnerable children and making a positive impact
Knowledge of innovative educational practices and a growth mindset
Experience in the nonprofit sector or community development is a plus

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily tasks related to curriculum development, coaching, instructional design, education, and training as well as have a teaching role in the school.
Implementing and improving educational programs to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students.
