Key responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues and determine the best course of action.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and manufacturer guidelines to ensure the highest level of service.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing your expertise and helping to develop their skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of five-plus years of experience as a vehicle technician, with a focus on diagnostics and repairs.
• Certification: Master Technician certification or equivalent is required.
• Technical skills: Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment, tools, and software.
• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Team player: Ability to work well within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
