What we are looking for: A corporate events manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of high-profile corporate events, including conferences, summits, galas and client entertainment. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the event team, ensuring that their objectives are met and their expectations are exceeded.

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in managing high-profile corporate events, with a proven track record of successful event delivery
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to secure the best deals for our clients
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, vendors and the event team
• Proficient in event management software, budgeting tools and other relevant digital technologies
• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to unexpected challenges
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the event schedule
