      Leadership component:
      • Relationship leadership and negotiation skills.
      • Lead and effectively manage compliance of the school HR processes.
      • Conflict management.
      Functional component:

      Stakeholder engagement and visibility:
      • Collaboration with stake holders, principal, school management team,
        Staff and SGB members.
      • Compile and maintain an HR folder with HR documents for school use.
      Initiative and result processes:
      • Update, maintain and safeguard HR documentation and templates.
      • Ensure the quality, effectiveness and consistency of communication by being the contact point between HR operations and associated administrative functions in the school.
      •  Coordination of HR functions for example staff disciplinary hearings, recruitment processes, retirement and resignation taking charge of these processes from start to end. Assist staff with UIF, COIDA, etc, claims.
      • Implementation of KPA process (performance management model).
      Behavioural component:
      • Be a team player.
      • Contribute positively to be well-being of the larger administration team.
      • Ensure the school's value (be true) is evident in your own role and scope.
      Minimum requirements:
      • Matric plus relevant HR diploma (advantageous).
      Preferred training:
      • Proof of continuous awareness of labour legislative updates.
      Minimum experience:
      • 2 - 3 years as an HR administrator.
      Impact:
      • HR audits impact, company financials.
      • Optimum HR functioning contributes to well-being of the workforce in the school.
