• Management and coordination of digital campaigns and projects

• Monitoring and managing digital campaigns and social media accounts
• Planning and implementing campaigns and projects

• Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Providing strategic text, image, and video content for all digital platforms
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
  • Developing relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers
  • Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, and written)
• Key social media platforms that To The Max currently has include: Instagram, TikTok, Website, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Strategise all digital content including launching new aligned platforms, managing them, and overseeing strategy within the broader teams
• Advanced usage of Google Drive, Canva, Chat GPT
• Digital platform presence e.g., Wikipedia and SEO management
• Management and maintenance of all digital platforms
• Brand relevant copy for captions, graphics, etc.
• Idea generation/lead for all campaigns and campaign management
• Server management (downloading of all links, ensuring everything is named correctly, etc.)
• Reporting and analysing campaign performance for all campaigns and projects
• Grow and monitor digital communities
