Position overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated junior to mid-weight draughtsman and industrial designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing our client's visions to life through the creation of detailed drawings and designs for our experiential marketing activations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualise and develop innovative design solutions that meet our client's objectives and budget requirements.
• Translate conceptual ideas into detailed 2D and 3D drawings using SketchUp and SolidWorks software.
• Produce accurate technical drawings, renderings, and prototypes for client approval and fabrication.
• Work closely with our fabrication team to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial design, engineering, or related field.
•  1-3 years of experience in draughtsmanship and industrial design, preferably in a marketing or experiential agency environment.
•  Proficiency in Fusion360 software is essential.
•  Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual representations.
•  Excellent attention to detail and a passion for precision craftsmanship.
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
•  A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
