Motsepe Advertising is seeking a highly skilled graphic designer with a minimum of three years of experience to join our team from 1 October 2024. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs across various mediums for digital and video.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal teams such as account management, creative and strategy to understand client needs and create designs that align with their goals and objectives
• Designing and creating a wide range of materials such as video/animation ads, brochures, presentations, social media graphics and animations, web page designs and videos
• Conceptualising and designing visual content for digital campaigns, such as banner ads, email campaigns and landing pages
• Creating and editing videos and animations for various platforms such as social media, websites and internal presentations
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and on budget
• Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends, technologies and best practices and sharing this knowledge with the team

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of three years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and mediums
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience with web design and development is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design or a related field is typically required
