Responsibilities

• Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract a wide audience and increase event attendance.
• Coordinate with event organizers to understand event objectives and target audience.
• Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.
• Utilize social media platforms and online forums to engage with potential attendees.
• Attend relevant industry events and networking functions to build relationships and promote upcoming events.
• Collaborate with sponsors and partners to optimize event promotion and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze event promotion performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for prospective attendees, addressing inquiries and providing necessary event  information.

Requirements
