Our client, a leading domiciliary optician in the South East of England, is seeking an enthusiastic virtual marketing administrator to support their team in George, Western Cape (South Africa).

Responsibilities:
This varied role involves supporting all administrative and marketing procedures within the team, including:

• Procuring new business and managing recall business through mail campaigns, in line with the company's marketing objectives.
• Confirming appointments.
• Following up on quotations and processing payments.
• Collaborating with the marketing team and receiving full support from the Head Office.
• Managing the marketing team's diaries.

About you: 

• Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and customer service skills while developing a basic knowledge of optometry
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Fast learner with a can-do attitude who can work independently
• Have an already set-up Remote Office
