      Regional Sales Manager

      Requirements
      • Certification or degree in business administration, business management, or a related field (advantageous).
      • Three to five years of experience in a similar role or relevant experience.
      • Experience working with vendor relationship management.
      • Experience consulting at a high level with executives, developing business-aligned IT strategies and roadmaps.
      • Ability to create and execute business plans.
      • Experience working in a sales and marketing environment.
      • Experience managing people.
      Responsibilities
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
      • Set and achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
      • Develop sales tools and collateral to empower the sales organisation to sell effectively.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
      • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
      • Implement client retention strategies.
      • Lead generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
      • Solutions selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients and develop tailored IT outsourcing solutions that align with their business objectives.
      • Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our managed services as the ideal solution.
      • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
      • Analyse sales data and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
      • Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management, summarising sales performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations.
      • Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, current trends, and market research.
      • Manage the regional sales budget, including expenses related to travel and marketing.
      • Allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
      • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
      • Promote and enforce high ethical standards within the sales team.
