Job summary:
The leads manager will oversee the generation, tracking, and conversion of sales leads within the automotive sector. This role focuses on ensuring a steady flow of quality leads and managing the sales pipeline to maximise sales opportunities and achieve targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and manage automotive sales leads.
- Track leads through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Analyze lead data to identify trends and improve lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of lead activities and progress.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on lead status and conversion rates.
- Proven experience in lead management or sales within the automotive industry.
- Marketing background
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
