Well-established company needs the services of an experienced sales supervisor to manage an inbound contact centre.
Required:
- Grade 12 essential
- Three-year qualification - BA OR Bcom OR LLB
- High degree of analytical and IT skills essential
- Analyse info and data pertaining Sales
- Create reports for senior management decision making
- Supervise targets and KPI
- Enforcing new processes within the sales cycle
- Enforcing action on non performers - coaching, training, ER etc
