We're looking for a Mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating graphics for various marketing materials, including the website, social media, POS displays, leaflets, and videos. You’ll also be expected to generate and lead creative ideas and concepts, select the best media and style, and deliver high-quality work while managing time, costs, and deadlines professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years design experience in an in-house creative department.
• Strong creative, organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Adaptable and a quick learner.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in Figma and basic UX.
• Some knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Strong conceptual skills with a high-level sense of design, layout, typography, and the ability to offer a variety of design solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expertise in the graphic production process.
• Ability to work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
• Capable of taking projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Experience in designing and DTP for brand elements.
• Proficient in preparing artwork for print according to printer specifications.
• Ability to complete projects promptly while prioritizing multiple tasks with uncompromising quality and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, color, contrast, typography, scale, and composition.
• Ability to design collateral in a broad range of styles and quickly adapt to the brand's ID.
• Good understanding of social media and social media marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Support strategic and creative storytelling through design.
• Assist with graphic design across all formats (brand, digital, print, outdoor, press, POS, events, etc.).
• Responsible for originating creative digital graphic designs and concepts that support client briefs.
• Skilled in conceptualizing and rolling out artwork for all platforms.
• Generate crafted, visually pleasing, and highly conceptual designs under pressure.
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team and business stakeholders to meet brief requirements.
• Create and edit videos and video formats.
• Work within the brand CI and maintain brand elements while producing innovative and effective designs.
