Role
Proactive CRM & Email marketer to drive B2C marketing to promote member benefits directly to consumers to grow membership subscriptions for UK-based client. Ideal for a strategic marketer passionate about understanding customer behaviour to improve retention & reduce churn. Confidence as a self-starter, adaptable & flexible with high initiative to add value to a global team of 3 to produce exceptional results is essential!

You Need

• B2C CRM & lifecycle marketing expertise
• Solid consumer behaviour Analysis, Marketing Strategy Development, Campaign design & Execution, Content creation & Brand awareness, Subscription lifecycle management, Performance analysis & reporting
• Evidence of impact on implemented targeted lifecycle marketing strategies for subscriber acquisition, on-boarding, renewals, & win-back initiatives
• Quantifiable improvement in retention & churn reduction

To Do

Consumer behaviour analysis

•  Analyze data on current & subscribing members to identify key behaviours, interests, & patterns
•  Utilize insights to craft targeted messaging & retention strategies that resonate with different customer segments

Marketing Strategy Development

•  Develop & refine marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer awareness, engagement, & loyalty     
•  Implement campaigns to drive initial subscriptions & retain existing members through tailored data-driven approaches.

Campaign Design & Execution

•  Plan, segment, test, & launch campaigns prioritizing timely, personalized communication for optimal engagement

Content Creation & Brand Awareness

•  Work with Marketing to create engaging content across various platforms, to boost brand awareness & highlight member benefits
•  Ensure consistent messaging aligns with brand values.

Subscription Lifecycle Management

•  Develop & implement targeted lifecycle marketing strategies for subscriber acquisition, onboarding, renewals, & win-back initiatives
•  Optimize subscription email flows to maximize customer lifetime value, reduce churn, & drive upsells & referrals
•  Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging effectiveness continuously

Performance Analysis & Reporting

•  Regularly monitor, analyze, & report on key performance metrics (churn rate, reactivation rate, engagement) to guide & enhance future strategies 

Other
This role works remotely into the UK H/O from Woodstock-based Cape Town offices
Travel to the UK for training is required. Valid passport & availability to travel are essential
Ideal start 1 March 2025
