Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant.
• Must have completed Articles, SAIPA, SAICA or CIMA.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare supporting documentation for audits.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
