JWT resigns Liberty Life account
JWT has regretfully announced the resignation of the Liberty Life and StanLib communications accounts. This follows JWT's appointment to the ABSA Bank account at the end of 2004.
"Due to client alignment conflict, both JWT and Liberty Life felt that this was the most ethical route to go," says Alan Bolon, Managing Director JWT, Johannesburg. "We have thoroughly enjoyed working on these prestigious accounts, and wish the Liberty Life and StanLib marketing teams every success for the future."
"Liberty Life are extremely grateful to JWT for all their efforts in helping to build the Liberty Life brand over the past three years, which included amongst others the 'We're Working On It' campaign," says Mohale Ralebitso, Marketing Director, Liberty Life.
"Liberty Life are currently in advanced negotiations with a new agency which will be announced in the very near future," concludes Ralebitso.
