I'm ambitious, humble, dedicated and a good communicator who has good leadership skills and international exposure. I boast excellent writing skills and a passion for current affairs.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Communication Science, with three years student journalism experience. I have good writing skills and am also a good verbal communicator, with a passion for media from the corporate side, i.e. Media Relations/Strategy. I write opinion articles for News24 Voices. I am an author, published in 2013. Moreover, I have leadership skills honed in my three years of student leadership at the University of the Free State. I also boast a considerable international exposure, having gone to Japan, Tanzania, Mozambique and Swaziland to participate in different leadership programmes. In 2012 I was among the Top 30 Young Writers who participated in the O.R Tambo Edu-Tour. I was a Young Ambassador during the 2012 Young Ambassadors International Summit held in Stellenbosch, South Africa. In my matric I formed part of the Top 100 Matric Achievers in the Free State Province. I was one of the Top Achievers among 3rd years in the Communication Science department.
