I have have completeted a Bachelor of Social science degree, Majoring in industrial psychology and psychology. I am currently completing a Honours degree in Organisational change management.

I have been working for the last 3 years at Bee painters & waterproofers. My key functions are to ensure the business is compliant with current legislation, to manage the staff members health and safety, to set up annual training schedules, assist with BB BEE audits, update employment contracts,manage employee relationships and other tasks as given by my employer.
