An entire floor in a new block; beautiful and airy (lots of windows); Preferably designers, writers, marketing/PR. Limited to four people to have enough personal space.
Office rental includes the following:
• Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery
• Coffee/tea/sugar
• Two W/C on own floor
• A desk/chair/basic shelf for each person
• Wireless
• Cleaning services
• Electricity, water and rates
Excluded:
• Parking (safe parking within 15m from front door; cost tba)
• Telephone (each pay their own share)
Cost:
• R3,500 per person based on four people (including VAT); minimum six month lease; only one month's deposit required; two month notice period.
The space is slightly more than 80m2 and the aim is to have a max of 4 people in this space.
