Atteridgeville Rugby Club has been in existence for over ten years, affiliated with the Blue Bulls Rugby Union, Atteridgeville is the only development team to make Regional Senior's Finals three years in a row. The Club prides itself with the success of its' players who have achieved Blue Bulls and South Africa National clubs colours. The team has necessary facilities and new management want to make the club a brand that not only attracts people from the township but all players even ones from suburbia as the club does not compete in a development league but a full-flashed seniors league that's in one level behind the Calton League. Plans are to introduce a reward scheme for senior players, establish a corporate brand, refurbish club's hall facilities and exhibit club's memorabilia, strengthen in development and recruitment drive, and national participation in tournaments.
