Due to increasing numbers of children entering the daily program more children need to have a nutritious breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks a day. The capacity of our small fridge is being stretched at present. Generous donations of perishables cannot be refused so we would appreciate either a suitable new extra fridge freezer combination or a good secondhand one to assist us in keeping all the food fresh.

The Carel du Toit Centre teaches deaf children to speak. The children wear hearing aids, or have a cochlear implant which they learn to use to hear and then speak. They do not use any sign language as we prepare them to enter mainstream education as soon as possible.

Any donation or contribution towards the centre will be greatly appreciated. An 18A tax certificate and acknowledgement of the gift will be forwarded to the donor. The Centre is a registered NPO 003 - 401. Thank you for considering to support the CDTKIDS.
