Following the external audit of service standards, a requirement for certification as a member of the BestCities Global Alliance, the Cape Town and Western Cape Convention Bureau has once again received the international hallmark of excellence, following the annual BestCities external audit. The bureau is a certified member of the BestCities Global Alliance of Convention Bureaux, together with Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Dubai, Singapore, Melbourne, San Juan (Puerto Rico) and Vancouver.
