RedCube joins Porter Novelli network

Porter Novelli has extended its presence in South Africa through a partnership with RedCube Agency, it was announced this morning, Monday, 26 May 2008. As part of the alliance, RedCube Agency will be rebranding its company name into RedCube Porter Novelli. The partnership follows the integration of Porter Novelli's current partner in South Africa, Sefin Porter Novelli, and RedCube Agency.

“This partnership will help Porter Novelli to build a stronger network in the African market,” said Inge Kauer, EMEA regional director of Porter Novelli. “RedCube Porter Novelli's high standards of excellence, reputation and experience in leading international programs and in-depth understanding of the South African and sub-Saharan markets are great assets to our network.”

Danni Vos, CEO of RedCube Porter Novelli, said, “Africa has experienced strong growth but is still largely untapped in terms of opportunities. We want to be at the forefront in activating clients and prospects, and our vision is to be the hub for PR into sub-Saharan Africa by utilising the skills, infrastructure and processes we can offer to the region.

“It is important for us to be part of a global network and to have a better reach into Africa through the African network. Porter Novelli's emphasis on holistic stakeholder relationship management was a natural fit with our strategic and creative approach to public relations.”

RedCube Agency, which launched in 2002, specialises in full-service strategic brand mediums such as PR, including strategy development, positioning, media relations, crisis management and event management, as well as brand activation and the use of nontraditional mediums such as viral, social networking and brand ambassador programmes.
