Quite often someone has opinions about a certain campaign, but does not act on it because they do not know who handles the campaign. Think Tanks allow you to express your opinion about existing campaigns or to vote for the best comments. The best voted comments are displayed first, which is a good gauge of the current industry thinking on a certain campaign.
