A leading dealership in West Rand is looking for a skilled automotive service advisor to join their dynamic team!
- Greet and assist customers with their service needs
- Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Liaise between customers and the workshop team
- Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Previous experience as a service advisor in a dealership environment (min two years)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in automotive service software
