Job description

We are looking for energetic and goal driven people to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify and meet customer needs, making recommendations and suggestions as appropriate
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping environment
- Participate in visual merchandising, restocking, and store maintenance as needed

Requirements

- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Problem Solving skills 
- Grade 12
