What we need: We’re on the hunt for an account manager to join our account management team. You’ll be the maestro of client relationships, the navigator of projects, an administrative whiz, and a champion of the creative product. What you’ll do:

• Client whispering: Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, goals, and aspirations.
• Project juggling: Supporting your AM team in managing multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met, processes are adhered to, budgets are respected, and creativity flows smoothly.
• Creative conductor: Collaborate with our brilliant creative minds to deliver groundbreaking work that makes waves in the industry. 

What you bring:

• Passion: A fiery passion for solving business problems through creativity and a love for all things branding and advertising.
• Experience: Experience in account management within the creative industry, with a clear understanding of the foundational basics of client service outputs and processes.

• Communication: Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, because clear communication is the heartbeat of our success.

Required:

• Minimum of three years experience in an account manager position within a creative/advertising agency.
