Position overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Radio Advertising Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and creating tailored advertising solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Requirements:

• Selling of advertising airtime to potential clients.
• Assisting with other sales functions as required.
• Selling of advertising and sponsorships to customers.
• Cold canvassing.
• Canvassing for new clients on a daily basis outside of the office.
• Canvassing on a regular basis telephonically.
• You will be required to canvass for new customers by whatever means.
• Bringing in the required amount of new business on a monthly basis.
• Obtaining monthly targets as set out by management.
• Responsible for all administration regarding your clients.
• Responsible for obtaining payment from your clients.
• Ensuring that all invoicing and statements with regards to your clients are done.
