A professional vehicle service centre in Pretoria East is looking for an office administrator/junior bookkeeper to join their team. 

Minimum requirements:

• Min five years experience in an Administrator role
• Junior bookkeeping experience
• Clear criminal record
• Matric 

Duties:

• Capture all customer payments
• Capture all supplier payments
• Do Supplier recons
• Capture all invoices and payments to non-cost of sales suppliers
• Manage the office supplies
• Answer calls when service advisors are not able to.
• Manage staff attendance register.
