Roles 

• Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and documents.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
