The most important requirements for this role:

• You must have and love a cat.
• At least one year's contact centre experience (or be really impressive communicator if you don’t).
• You must have a fast broadband connection with good upload and download speed.
• You must be able to communicate effectively in English to customers from the UK.

You must love cats! This is a role for someone who has a passion for customer service and a passion 
for cats.

• Experience in serving customers in the UK if possible 
• A great cheerful personality.
• A really pleasant clear voice and cheerful demeanour. 
• Computer literate.

Requirements:

 To perform the role of a homeworker you will need:

• Quiet office space to work from home, with a fibre internet connection.
• Laptop or desktop computer.
• Back up power to protect from load shedding
