Company description

Concept is a small, dynamic agency based in Kyalami. We are looking for a creative person to join our team in a marketing assistant capacity. We operate in the FMCG, retail and technology space and need to coordinate social media and brand activation activities for multiple clients.

Role description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly organised marketing assistant at Concept cc located in Kyalami, Midrand. You will be responsible for coordinating brand activations; sourcing creative solutions to client requirements; managing social media calendars; liaising with clients on projects; procuring quotes; monthly web reporting; and general administrative and marketing support for the agency. 

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a marketing and advertising environment
• Proficiency in using social media tools
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Excellent communication skills, in person and telephone
• Ability to track and analyse social media metrics
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• The ability to manage multiple projects smoothly
