F&I Business Manager

A dealership based in the North West Area is looking for an F&I business manager to join their team.

As an F&I business manager, your main purpose will be to provide excellent customer service to clients and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved VAP products in order to maximise gross profit.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Achieving set targets
• Completing applications and paperwork accurately and on time
• Managing finance application processing and submissions
• Maintaining client and finance house/insurance provider relationships
• Complying with finance department regulations
• Recommending suitable products to clients
• Monitoring sales of value-added and insurance products
• Administering finance and insurance data
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensuring timely contract payouts

Requirement:

• Grade 12
• FETC Retail Insurance Qualification 
• NCA Card
• RE5 Certificate
• Class of Business up to date
• Prior/Current experience as an F&I or Banking experience as a BDO with a proven track record 

About you:

• Valid driver's licence
• Experience on dealer platforms i.e. Signio/Seriti
• Must be willing to work overtime if necessary
• No criminal record
