Key purpose of the role

Efficiently manage the workflow from the rest of the business into the Production Department and back.

Ensure all information is received with the brief and that delivery of work is according to brief received.

Manage multiple campaigns with multiple elements under pressure

Key outputs/accountability

• Manage workflow from sales, marketing, online, digital, programming and promotions into the Production department and back
• Communicate the needs of the various Primedia Broadcasting departments into the creative content disciplines (audio, copy, video, design, digital and content).
• Manage and maintain deadlines utilising the project management software system and agreed ways of working.
• Liaise with Production Managers on a regular basis
• Ensure delivery of material on time.
• Assist with stakeholder complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner, while keeping Production management informed.
• Complete all administration associated with Production Traffic timeously.

Educational qualification

• Matric / equivalent level of competency
• Certificate in Project Management or similar

Required knowledge and experience

• 5-8 years’ experience in a media or agency environment
• Knowledge of project management software and disciplines is a plus

• Excellent organisation ability
