Job description

Senior level role within the Food Packaging manufacturing sector. Role includes management of people and processes - shift management, Health and Safety and preparation for audits within a Unionised environment.

Requirements

Grade 12 plus relevant Production qualification

Min 8-10 years proven experience in a supervisory capacity in a medium to large food packaging/food compliant packaging operation
Able to manage shifts and plan workflow
Able to deal with the Unions
Good working knowledge of HACP, ISO, FSSC 22000
Good working knowledge of safety standards for food related audits

MS Office
ERP/MRP systems


Own car
Valid licence
