• Opening or closing the office on daily basis
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/Suppliers and customers
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
• Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high-quality
• Oversee projects and ensure high-quality standards are met
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed
• Ensure the Company complies with Health and Safety Requirements

Requirements

• Matric
• Electrical Engineer Degree/B Tech or similar (must have practical experience)
• Qualified Installation Electrician with Wireman’s License (must be have strong admin skills)
• Hospitality and electricity experience will be advantageous
• Fluent in English excellent verbal and written skills
• Expert knowledge of electrical reticulation and wiring
• Excellent self-management
• Valid drivers licence
