Responsibilities

• Create strong visual designs based on given criteria
• Maintain existing designs
• Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided
• Conceptualize ideas and generate content
• Understand the characteristics of target audiences and find effective ways to reach them
• Communicate with stakeholders to establish goals, outcomes and timelines for deliverable

Non-negotiable minimum requirements

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Wordpress
• HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
• Portfolio of evidence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Three+ years of specific experience

Advantageous

• Adobe Premiere
• Divi
• cPanel / WHM / MySQL

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who has strong design skills. They should be able to communicate effectively in order to understand the criteria of a project and deliver a carefully crafted design. This candidate should be able to collect feedback on various projects and if necessary, adapt their approach for future projects.
