Our prestige client is seeking a Scrum Master to lead and facilitate the software and QA engineering teams, collaborating to achieve timely solution creation within the Scrum framework, values, and practices. The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader, helping teams become self-reliant and stay aligned with Scrum processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performance team by facilitating problem-solving and empowering the team through Agile coaching, support, and presence
• Guide and improve team output through Scrum methodologies
• Act as a buffer to outside interference to ensure team autonomy
• Supervise team communication and remove hindrances for the team to reach sprint or project objectives
• Collaborate with product owners and teams on sprint planning, facilitation, and ceremonies
• Ensure the team remains productive and motivated to cope with pressure
• Conduct daily stand-ups to enhance transparency and assess progress toward sprint goals
• Lead weekly reflections, and perform root cause analysis of product issues to prevent a recurrence
• Resolve conflicts within the team or between the team and the product owner
• Facilitate sprint planning meetings and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure the team understands Agile methodology and DevOps principles
• Provide the team with the right tools for efficient performance
• Facilitate cooperation and collaboration across platforms
• Coach the team to adopt best practices
• Assist in improving workflow and writing reports
• Ensure adherence to relevant compliance and governance frameworks
• Manage risks and related complexities within the process

Key requirements:

• Three years’ IT project management background
• Exposure to Scrum/SAFe methodology
• Two-plus years’ data warehouse experience
• Three-plus years’ data analysis experience
• Experience in project reporting
• IT diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or software engineering
