The student recruitment advisor is responsible for promoting STADIO to prospective students. The role involves providing comprehensive information about academic programmes, admissions processes, and campus life. The advisor will work to achieve enrolment targets and build relationships with schools, potential students, and parents.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Direct sales:
Engage in a targeted number of consultations with prospective prospects
Engage in email and SMS campaigns
Maintain and update all company CRM systems and records
Work towards achieving the weekly, monthly, and annual enrolment targets
Engage in a targeted number of follow-ups
Engage in the generation of second income revenue
Cooperate and assist in organising campus open days and application days
Assist with on-campus events
Meet CL sales targets
Meet the required number of calls/emails to students
Complete daily activities
Be a team player
Administration:
Maintain records of all sales activity
Maintain all CRM systems so they are current and updated
Build student documents and curate them for clarity
Upload all documents correctly
Fulfil all reasonably expected administrative functions relating to the position and as requested by the relevant line manager
Minimum requirements and qualifications:
The incumbent must have previous experience within a similar role. Drive and self-motivation are critical in this role. Personal presentation and public speaking ability are a plus. This position requires an individual who has the ability to pay close attention to detail and work independently and accurately under pressure. The candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change. The ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner are required. The candidate must be committed to producing quality work, experienced and competent in word processing and spreadsheets, and have experience in the use of Student Information Management Systems (SIMS) or equivalent. The ability to work flexible hours when required is also necessary.
Qualifications:
Any tertiary qualification in the field
PR, sales, and marketing qualifications are advantageous
