• Are you a senior designer/art director motivated to progress your career and make a meaningful impact?
• Have you got a skill set that has made you stand out as a designer/art director?
• We are looking for a highly talented, drama-free, motivated individual to join out creative team.
• You will have the opportunity to work on recognised South African heritage brands, and TTL campaigns.
• The roll will require a knowledge in Adobe suite, Figma (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign). If you have a basic knowledge of After Effects, that’s a bonus!
• Be conceptual / be proactive for forthcoming campaigns for new seasons / special occasions etc
• You will work with a dynamic team of talented creatives, to achieve the goal of producing beautiful campaigns

Requirements:


Must have a minimum of five years of agency experience.

A passion for fashion and beauty retail

Must have the ability to decipher a brief and communicate well.

Understand the importance of a brand CI.

Must have experience art directing a photoshoot for fashion and beauty brands
Communication and collaboration: 

Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Good Work Ethic:

Works quickly and takes direction well.

Have an eye for detail.

Take initiative and push the limits with ideas and creative execution.

Able to manage your time (with the help of a traffic manager)

Good presentation skills and EQ



 Trends:

A solid grasp on digital, social and local current trends.



 Content creation: 

Storytelling and designing visuals, and producing multimedia content that resonates with the target audience and reflects the brand's voice and values.



Social media experience: Create high quality content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to name a few.


A passion for conceptual ideas and thinking:

Planning and executing a content calendar that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.

Understanding how to turn conceptual ideas into a fully fleshed out campaign across all platforms

And Must know what it takes to achieve great things, and be hungry for it.
