Role overview:

We are seeking a motivated LinkedIn Outreach Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage our LinkedIn outreach campaigns by sending personalized voice notes to generate qualified leads for our B2B services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send 35 connection requests on LinkedIn daily
• Create and send personalised voice notes (20-30 per day)
• Manage and optimise follow-up sequences
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads
• Track and report on campaign metrics and performance

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Professional speaking voice
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic research skills
• Organized and systematic approach to work
• Proficiency with LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems

Working hours:

• 4-hour shifts (typically 9am-1pm)
• Work 3-4 days per week
• Flexible scheduling available

Compensation structure:

• Base pay: R3500
• Performance bonus: R100 per qualified demo booked.

Daily targets:

• 35 LinkedIn connection requests
• 30-40 customized voice notes
• 2-4 booked appointments
